Founded by chef Mirko Pinna, with a successful career in food and wine, the restaurant represents the perfect blend of tradition and innovation.

The menu is from Terra, with a special focus on Sardinian meat from non-intensive livestock farms.
This choice allows to offer a unique and quality alternative in the local gastronomic scene, always respecting traditions,

The restaurant's large windows offer breathtaking views of the vineyards, the sea and the surrounding nature,where the famous white donkeys graze serenely on the hillside.
