Chef Mirko Pinna with more than 20 years of experience gained in various restaurants and hotels, both Italian and foreign, starts his professional reality in 2008, in which since then he fully expresses his feeling and creativity, with the wisdom of an open-minded and mature person. Its origins alternate between the cultures of two regions with deep territorial roots, Emilia-Romagna and Sardinia.
The common thread is the careful search for raw materials and unique details, which can be found exclusively by going out to rediscover small artisan producers, both Italian and foreign. In doing so, Mirko Pinna succeeds in conveying to his customers the products of a unique, high-quality cuisine that is entirely sustainable. Fascinated by the foreign contaminations that make him modern, the Chef is deeply in love with his land, providing excellent raw materials on which to rediscover with our senses the taste of his truest feeling, all, through the quality and careful processing of the product offered.
